Acceptable Use

• This platform is for educational purposes only
• You may not share account credentials with others
• Assessment results are for personal educational tracking only — not for clinical diagnosis
• You may not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Misuse of child profiles or circumventing parental consent protections is strictly prohibited

Platform Limitations

The assessment system is NOT intended to: diagnose learning disabilities, replace professional academic testing, or serve as a comprehensive literacy evaluation. It IS intended to rapidly identify decoding struggle, measure improvement, and track confidence growth.

Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• There are no refund policies for free services or goods.
• Subscribers who offer donations will be allowed to return material and supplies only within 30 days after receipt and given a full refund if said goods/supplies are in resell condition as determined by CU staff.
• Original merchandise packaging must accompany merchandise and be in resell condition.
• No refunds for assessments and/or assessment materials.
• No refund will be given to paid subscribers for online class participation after the second class.
• Notice to unsubscribe must be given by the end of the second class.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of donation.
